I think most IM experts are resigned to the fact that they will be copied, but that doesn&#039;t mean they have to like it.  The key for them is staying one step ahead so that they remain at the cutting edge.

By copying James, his competitors are actually confirming his expert status. The challenge for most of the experts here is in protecting their intellectual properties since information products and presentations are easy to reproduce without the owner&#039;s knowledge.</description>
