Dubbed as the “keyword guru”, Dan Thies is an expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), who founded the SEO Research Labs in 2003.  The SEO Research Labs provides keyword research services to webmasters, site designers and search engine consultants.

Dan’s knowledge in SEO has him invited to be a regular speaker at Search Engine Strategies conferences conducted by Jupiter Media annually.

In 2006, Dan Thies joined StomperNet, the leading course provider for online marketers, as its Chief eXperience Officer and Dean of Faculty.  At StomperNet, Mr. Thies was responsible for creating the SEO video training course, “Stomping the Search Engines 2.0”.  As SEO coach, he also offers private coaching to those who wish to hone and improve their SEO skills.  He is a member of the executive committee of SEOPros, an organization of SEO professionals and the moderator for High Ranking forums specifically on the keyword research forum. He is also a committee member and volunteer for SEMPO (The Search Engine marketing Professional Organization).
