And there&#039;s no better way to do that than to hook up with the &quot;go-to&quot; guys who are masters of the trade. What&#039;s more, they are all too willing to share their secrets with us!</description>

Using social media to hard-sell is worthless.  If every post you make is recommending a product or leading to a sales page, you will lose followers and &#039;friends&#039; every time.  It is really important to build relationships with these contacts. You need to respond to what they are talking about, and offer free worthwhile information.  

This way you can establish yourself as an &#039;authority&#039;, so that when you do wish to promote something, they are more likely to consider your recommendation. 
Social marketing is big business, and people like Dean Hunt doing it really really well.
