Dr Lisa Lang is a board member and certified expert of the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO), an entity that coaches and trains businessmen to maximize profitability and formulate a viable vision.
Theory of Constraints (TOC) is the brainchild of Dr. E.M. Goldratt, founder of TOC, and owner of Goldratt Consulting, where Dr Lang served as global marketing director. Dr Lang later on established her own TOC consultancy firm, Science of Business, where she offers sales and marketing advice to businesses.
She developed the “Mafia Offer”, a technique that helps businessmen understand their capabilities, the industry and their customers. With the Mafia Offer, businessmen are taught marketing strategies in making an offer that customers cannot refuse. A good example of a Mafia Offer is “Only pay me when your profits increase”.
Through Dr. Lang’s management, Science of Business has created over one hundred Mafia Offers and conducted over fifty Mafia Offer Boot Camps. They specialise in small to mid-size workshops to create a customised environment for training. She is a professional trainer who is a sought after speaker in internet marketing events. Lisa Lang finished her Engineering Management course at the University of Missouri – Rolla and completed her PhD while working at the Clorox Kingsford Charcoal Plant. She is the eldest of a family with five daughters who grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and she now lives in Golden, Colorado with her fiancé.
